{59/365} She doesn’t hate me…
Lately I have been completely remembering when we met Little Man and Little Princess, I vividly recall crying so hard because Little Princess would not let me even look at her without screaming. I was convinced that she hated me. Aaron was on call constantly with her. Once he went back to work, Little Princess would deal with me but only in an effort to wait it out until Aaron got home from work. I was always second best and I slowly became ok with that. Today I brought downstairs the double art easel, some white paper and the crayons. I didn’t think they would care as the only place that they use crayons is at restaurants (and probably just then because we eat out so little so it is like something that is a little new and different). {57/365} An Important Gold For Us
Last night I cried as Kim Yu-Na skated into our hearts and a place of honor in our home. She might be one of the most popular people in Korea, she may have had the weight of a nation on her shoulders but she skated beautifully! She is a good role model that I can give Little Princess so that she sees Koreans in an amazing light AND sees that she can do and be whatever she wants (Little Man as well). I am so excited about this gold, and even though this whole thing is a complete loss to my children right now it is not to me! {55/365} I did it…
Yep I did it…by it I mean I separated Little Man and Little Princess for nap time. I had tried one time before and Little Princess had a MAJOR meltdown so I have been leaving them together. Today I reached my limit on them not napping and no real quiet time for mommy so I marched up the stairs pack n’ play in hand set it up in our bedroom so they could still see each other through the door between the two rooms, grabbed Little Princess and all of her things and set it up.
