Ok so I am going to start doing a few video reviews because they are just easier and I like the VADO that I won! I am also practicing so don’t think that these are the final products! (They are ready to go to the splash park — in their swim diaper built in swim wear…review to come!) Today was just one of those days – I woke up to Little Princess pounding on the wall she shares with us and not lightly, it was VERY loud. She was all smiles when I went in to be sure she was ok, and while she was doing this I could hear her brother babbling at her on the monitor… So then we came downstairs had breakfast and since I also was keeping their Aunt safe I thought today was a great day to try the splash part of the park down the street. (Since I was too busy today – you get two oldies but goodies!! Tomorrow new pictures!) So today I thought that maybe I should get a few things done – as my to do list is longer than my arm right now! The thing at the top of that list was Aaron and I’s laundry — we had 14 loads of clothing (I am not making that up I so wish I was…) and there was still sweaters etc… in the loads! Thank God we had bought a new washer and dryer during the adoption process — I did a load an hour and got them ALL done today PLUS a load of diapers! Ok so just so everyone knows I am amazed that I am still going strong 11 days into this! One day I will have to post about PAD and how I think many mama’s and dada’s should be checked for it – as we live for at least months, in most cases years, dreaming of this perfect child joining our family and how once the child joins the family how perfect life will be but in reality there is a whole new level of stress is added and a whole new set of issues and while some can be great others can be unexpected or even worse than expected. Today has been long and tiring — matter of fact it is 9:49 p.m. and Little Princess is STILL up and playing while Little Man is fast asleep. We had such a great day otherwise! We learned that we get to meet our new nephew tomorrow (he is only weeks old), we spent some time with Aaron’s sister who is visiting from California (and the rest of the family for dinner) and just played most of the day. Some how the camera has not come out lately BUT I promise it will tomorrow as I want to take some pictures of the new nephew!
