Oh lord ~ just found out the high school history teacher (who is 1/2 Asian) told the class our exchange student is in that all Asians look alike…seriously? I talked to the exchange student who is from Korea and asked her if she wanted me to talk to the teacher ~ she said no that she thought it was funny and felt bad for the teacher but really why would that comment be necessary in AMERICAN history… Oh yeah and this teacher is BRAND new ~ first year out of college so no hope she will retire soon. Today is my mother in laws birthday! So Happy Birthday Grandma, we loved spending yesterday with you and today too! So some pictures for Grandma:   (she INSISTED on wearing this dress….) So right now at my house I have a 15 year old, a 10 year old and TWO 2 year olds ~ it will be like this until Wednesday! So far so fun ~ everyone has played together, helped with a few things and hung out just for fun! Really I think I want a 10 year old Seriously, she (the 10 year old) has been so helpful and wonderful and the kids LOVE playing with her! Today my inlaws took Little Man and Little Princess to visit with their Aunt, Uncle and cousins about two hours away! So I had ONE 15 year old and a little later in the day added a 10 year old who is staying with us for a few days… You would think a day without my kids would be used to catch up on sleep ~ nope ~ great lunch with hubby, tons of errands, baked pies from scratch for my MIL’s birthday tomorrow, and made TWO tutus for a customer (they will ship Monday). Ok so I have been telling everyone DO NOT tell me about this movie until I watch it ~ I wanted to watch it with Aaron and it just came out so we could watch it after bedtime for Little Man and Little Princess! Aaron told me just to buy it as he assumed that he would have to purchase it at a later date anyway as I would fall in love with the movie from the start! He watched basketball tonight and then he, I and the exchange student sat down to watch it. I cried like a baby ~ seriously like a baby.
