What to pack
So I stand in the middle of the nursery trying hard to decide which clothes and how many to take for each child…this is not an easy choice. I want them to be cute and comfortable on the plane. And I want the clothes to fit and I am still at a loss for actual sizes. Then I move to my closet and I have no clothes that fit right and look good. How much notice does that show “what not to wear” need before they will come and help. And I am dead serious, I am going to look horrible when I meet my kids. Leaving on a Jet Plane…almost
So two days of crying is not what I would call good per-say BUT the last two days it was great! First I got this: (Please ignore my daughters massive comb-over. I promise to fix it first chance I get!) I cried…I mean BIG HUGE TEARS. This was taken a week or two ago. And I wanted to be there, I wanted my babies in my arms. And at the time I thought I was WEEKS away from that. Until today….after a barrage of e-mails (most translating medical documents), one of my favorite people in the world said very nonchalantly, “the kids are ready to travel whenever you would like to go” and it took her three or four more e-mails to convince me she was serious.
