Leaving on a Jet Plane…almost
So two days of crying is not what I would call good per-say BUT the last two days it was great! First I got this:
(Please ignore my daughters massive comb-over. I promise to fix it first chance I get!)
I cried…I mean BIG HUGE TEARS. This was taken a week or two ago. And I wanted to be there, I wanted my babies in my arms. And at the time I thought I was WEEKS away from that.
Until today….after a barrage of e-mails (most translating medical documents), one of my favorite people in the world said very nonchalantly, “the kids are ready to travel whenever you would like to go” and it took her three or four more e-mails to convince me she was serious. I finally got is and started crying. I wanted to leave NOW but cannot. We will be leaving Sunday the 5th and returning October 13th. That is ok I have not packed a thing…not one thing yet and I have a TON to get done to make sure I am not leaving a mess at work. Not to mention at home…there is a plan and so many things to do. BUT you will all be updated as I have the iPod touch set up so if I have a signal I can blog from the airport! I am holding on tight my world is about to change in an instant!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
